Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of the Rider Benefit Programme mobile application, website, and related services operated by WFMSERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED.

Effective Date & Last Updated: 8 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the Rider Benefit Programme mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by WFMSERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED (“WFM Service”, “WFMSERVICE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) under the brand name Rider Benefit Programme.

By registering on, accessing, purchasing a membership, requesting a service, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Rider Benefit Programme Platform and its related services.

Rider Benefit Programme is a brand operated by WFMSERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED and is intended to support and connect participants across the gig-work and mobility ecosystem, including gig workers, riders, fleet owners, vehicle owners, service partners, and other eligible users.

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, requesting a service, or otherwise using the Platform, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access, register on, or use the Platform or its services.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies, guidelines, membership terms, or service-specific conditions applicable to the Platform.

WFM Service may modify or update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be made available through the Platform or website with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

2. About Rider Benefit Programme

Rider Benefit Programme is a brand and digital platform operated by WFMSERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED and is designed to support and connect participants across the gig-work and mobility ecosystem.

The Platform may provide access to various services, opportunities, support facilities, vehicle-related assistance, membership benefits, and services offered directly by WFM Service or through independent third-party partners.

The Platform may cater to:

  • Gig workers and delivery riders;
  • Fleet owners;
  • Vehicle owners;
  • Service providers and workshops;
  • Mobility and vehicle partners; and
  • Other eligible users and partners.

Depending on availability, Platform services may include:

  • Gig-work and employment-related opportunities;
  • Vehicle rental or vehicle-related opportunities;
  • Vehicle servicing and maintenance assistance;
  • Roadside and vehicle support;
  • Membership and service plans;
  • Insurance and financial-service-related offerings through applicable third parties;
  • Charging-station and mobility-related information; and
  • Other benefits, services, and partner offerings introduced from time to time.

WFM Service may provide certain services directly and may also facilitate access to services provided by independent third-party providers.

2.1 Third-Party Services

Certain services, products, facilities, or benefits available through the Platform may be provided by independent third-party vendors, service providers, fleet owners, vehicle owners, workshops, mechanics, insurers, financial institutions, charging-station operators, towing providers, or other partners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, WFM Service does not directly provide, own, control, or guarantee such third-party services.

The quality, availability, pricing, eligibility, performance, timelines, warranties, claims, approvals, repairs, products, or outcomes relating to third-party services remain the responsibility of the respective provider.

WFM Service may facilitate access, communication, booking, or connection between the User and such providers. Such facilitation does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, endorsement, or assurance by WFM Service regarding the third-party provider or its services.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To use the Platform and its services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, unless a particular service has different legal eligibility requirements;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable Indian law;
  • Provide accurate and complete information; and
  • Comply with applicable laws and requirements relevant to the service being used.

Certain services may have additional eligibility requirements. Meeting the general eligibility requirements does not guarantee eligibility for any particular membership, service, employment opportunity, insurance product, financial product, or third-party offering.

3.2 Account Registration

Some Platform features may require account registration. Users must provide information that is true, accurate, current, and complete and must update such information when necessary. WFM Service may request information or documents for identity verification, KYC, vehicle verification, eligibility assessment, fraud prevention, service delivery, or compliance purposes.

3.3 Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, OTPs, passwords, and other account information. Users must not:

  • Share account credentials or OTPs with unauthorized persons;
  • Allow unauthorized persons to use their account;
  • Create accounts using false information;
  • Create multiple accounts to misuse benefits or offers; or
  • Use another person’s identity or account without authorization.

Users should immediately notify WFM Service through the available support channels if they suspect unauthorized account access.

3.4 Verification

WFM Service may verify information provided by a User directly or through authorized third-party verification providers. Submission of documents does not automatically guarantee approval, onboarding, employment, gig-work opportunities, vehicle availability, membership benefits, insurance, financing, or any other service. WFM Service may restrict or suspend access where information is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or where action is reasonably necessary for security or compliance.

3.5 KYC Requirement

Where KYC or identity verification is required for a membership or service, the User must successfully complete the applicable KYC process before claiming or availing such service. Purchasing a membership does not by itself make the User eligible to claim services if the required KYC has not been completed. If the required KYC is incomplete, the User will not be eligible to claim or avail the applicable services until successful verification. Membership validity will not automatically be extended because a User failed to complete KYC or was unable to use services due to incomplete verification, unless WFM Service expressly decides otherwise.

4. Services, Membership Plans & Coverage

4.1 Membership-Based Services

Rider Benefit Programme may offer different monthly membership and service plans based on vehicle category, services, benefits, coverage, and applicable conditions. A membership provides access only to the services and benefits specifically included in the applicable plan. Any service, repair, part, assistance, or expense not expressly included in the plan may be charged separately.

4.2 Eligible Vehicle Categories

At present, applicable vehicle-related membership plans are available for:

L5 Electric Loaders
L3 Electric Loaders
L3 Electric Passenger Vehicles
Electric Two-Wheelers
IC-Engine Two-Wheelers up to 200cc

Vehicles outside these categories are not eligible unless WFM Service expressly introduces coverage for them. Eligibility is also subject to the applicable membership plan, KYC, vehicle verification, service availability, and other applicable conditions. WFM Service may introduce additional vehicle categories or modify eligible categories in the future.

4.3 Current Service Area

At present, vehicle service and maintenance-related services under applicable membership plans are available within Delhi, subject to WFM Service’s operational service boundaries and availability. Service availability may vary according to location, vehicle type, service requirement, partner availability, and operational capacity. WFM Service may expand, modify, restrict, or temporarily suspend service coverage from time to time.

4.4 Service Timing

Any service or assistance timing communicated through the Platform is an estimated or indicative timeframe and is not a guaranteed arrival or completion time. Actual timing may depend on:

  • Weather;
  • Traffic;
  • Road conditions;
  • User location;
  • Accessibility;
  • Service personnel availability;
  • Partner availability;
  • Demand;
  • Vehicle/service requirements; and
  • Other operational circumstances.

4.5 Towing

Towing is not included in membership plans unless specifically stated otherwise. Where towing assistance is required, towing will be separately chargeable to the User. Towing charges may depend on vehicle type, distance, location, timing, and the applicable towing provider.

4.6 Damage Not Covered

Unless specifically stated otherwise, membership plans do not cover:

  • Physical damage;
  • Accidental damage;
  • Water damage;
  • Damage caused by natural calamities;
  • Damage caused by external events; or
  • Other damage specifically excluded under the applicable plan.

The membership should not be treated as vehicle insurance or comprehensive protection against all forms of vehicle damage.

4.7 IC Engine Coverage

Where an IC-engine plan specifically provides engine coverage, such coverage is limited to the engine as defined by the applicable plan. Other vehicle components are not automatically covered merely because the vehicle has an IC engine.

4.8 EV and Electrical Exclusions

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the following are not included under warranty or free-part coverage:

  • Electric motor;
  • Battery;
  • Motor controller/controller;
  • BMS/BMC, as applicable;
  • Electrical components;
  • Wiring; and
  • Other electrical or electronic components specifically excluded under the applicable plan.

Repair or replacement of excluded components may be separately chargeable.

4.9 Coverage Limits

Membership is not an unlimited repair or replacement plan. Only services, repairs, parts, benefits, frequency limits, and conditions expressly specified in the applicable membership plan are included.

5. Membership Plans, Payments & Refunds

5.1 Membership Purchase

Before purchasing a membership, Users are responsible for reviewing its price, validity period, inclusions, exclusions, service limits, and applicable conditions. Completing the purchase confirms acceptance of the applicable membership terms.

5.2 One-Time Payment

Membership plans are purchased on a one-time payment basis for the applicable membership period. Rider Benefit Programme memberships are monthly memberships and are not automatically renewing subscriptions. There is no automatic deduction or recurring payment merely because a User previously purchased a membership.

5.3 Membership Validity

Each membership remains valid for the period specified at purchase. Unused benefits do not automatically carry forward to another membership period. Non-use of a membership does not extend its validity.

5.4 No Refund Policy

All membership and service-plan payments are non-refundable. Once a membership has been purchased and activated, the User cannot cancel the membership for a refund.

No refund, credit, adjustment, or compensation will ordinarily be provided because:

  • The User did not use the membership;
  • The User used only part of the benefits;
  • The User did not complete KYC;
  • The User did not request a service;
  • The User changed their mind;
  • The vehicle did not require a covered service; or
  • The User otherwise failed to use the membership during its validity period.

5.5 No Transfer

Memberships cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, or shared with another person or vehicle unless expressly permitted by WFM Service.

5.6 Separately Chargeable Services

Services, repairs, parts, towing, or other expenses outside the membership coverage may be charged separately.

5.7 Pricing Changes

Membership prices may be increased or decreased in the future based on operational costs, market conditions, service coverage, plan features, partner costs, or other business considerations. Any revised price will apply to new memberships purchased after the revised price becomes effective. Changes in pricing will not ordinarily affect a membership already purchased and activated for its existing validity period.

5.8 No Automatic Renewal

A membership expires at the end of its applicable validity period. If the User wishes to continue receiving membership benefits, the User must manually purchase a new membership, subject to the plans and prices available at that time.

6. Service Claims, Parts & Replacement Limits

6.1 Service Claims

A User may claim a service only where:

  • The membership is active;
  • Required KYC has been completed;
  • The vehicle is eligible;
  • The requested service is covered; and
  • The service is available within the applicable service area.

6.2 Free Parts

Where a membership specifically provides free parts or free replacement, such coverage is limited to the parts expressly included in that plan. Free-part coverage does not mean all vehicle parts are covered.

6.3 Same Part Replacement Limit

Where a particular part is covered for free, the same part is eligible for free replacement only once during the applicable membership month. If the same part requires replacement again during that same month, the subsequent replacement will be chargeable to the User.

6.4 Repair or Replacement

Coverage of a part does not automatically mean a new replacement part will be provided in every case. Depending on the vehicle condition and issue, the service may involve repair, adjustment, servicing, or replacement, subject to the applicable plan.

6.5 Inspection

WFM Service or its service partner may inspect the vehicle before determining whether a service or part is covered.

6.6 No Unlimited Replacement

Membership benefits do not provide unlimited replacement of parts.

7. Service Procedure, Inspection & Approval

7.1 Service Request

Users must provide accurate information regarding the vehicle, reported issue, location, and other information required to process a service request. Submitting a request does not guarantee service.

7.2 Vehicle Inspection

WFM Service or its service partner may inspect the vehicle to determine:

  • The nature of the issue;
  • Whether the issue is covered;
  • Whether a part is eligible for free replacement;
  • Whether an exclusion applies; and
  • Whether additional work is required.

7.3 Incorrect Information

If the User provides incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information, the service may be reassessed after inspection.

7.4 Non-Covered Work

If an issue falls outside membership coverage, applicable charges may be communicated to the User before non-covered work is performed, wherever reasonably practicable.

7.5 Vehicle Access

Users must provide reasonable and safe access to the vehicle. WFM Service or its partner may postpone or decline service where the location or circumstances are unsafe or unsuitable.

7.6 Service Completion

Completion depends on the nature of the issue, availability of parts, personnel, tools, location, vehicle condition, and other circumstances. Some repairs may require a workshop visit, additional parts, or a follow-up service.

7.7 No Guaranteed Resolution

WFM Service does not guarantee that every reported issue can be completely resolved during one service visit.

8. Third-Party Service Providers & Partners

8.1 Independent Providers

The Platform may connect Users with independent:

  • Vendors;
  • Workshops;
  • Mechanics;
  • Fleet owners;
  • Vehicle owners;
  • Insurers;
  • Financial institutions;
  • Charging-station operators;
  • Towing providers; and
  • Other service providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such providers operate independently from WFM Service.

8.2 No Third-Party Guarantee

WFM Service does not guarantee:

  • Third-party service quality;
  • Availability;
  • Response time;
  • Pricing;
  • Vehicle availability;
  • Repair quality;
  • Warranty;
  • Insurance approval or claims;
  • Financial approval;
  • Loan disbursement;
  • Product quality; or
  • Any specific outcome.

8.3 Separate Terms

Third-party services may have separate terms, warranties, eligibility criteria, and policies. Users may be required to accept those terms directly with the provider.

8.4 Third-Party Charges

Third-party providers may determine and collect their own charges.

8.5 Insurance and Financial Services

Where insurance, loans, financing, credit, or other financial products are made available through third parties, WFM Service does not guarantee approval, eligibility, coverage, claims, disbursement, interest rates, or any other outcome.

8.6 Third-Party Vehicle Services

Where vehicle rental, repair, maintenance, towing, workshop, or roadside services are provided by third parties, the applicable third-party provider remains responsible for the relevant service, warranty, workmanship, and applicable commitments.

9. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Users must provide accurate and current information. Users must not:

  • Provide false or forged documents;
  • Register an ineligible vehicle;
  • Share unauthorized membership benefits;
  • Attempt fraudulent claims;
  • Misrepresent vehicle issues;
  • Attempt to obtain excluded services as free services;
  • Use another person’s account without authorization;
  • Engage in unlawful activities;
  • Interfere with Platform security;
  • Misuse User information; or
  • Damage the operation or reputation of the Platform.

Users must behave respectfully and lawfully towards WFM Service employees, representatives, mechanics, technicians, fleet owners, vendors, and partners. Threatening, abusive, violent, harassing, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour is prohibited.

Users must provide reasonable and safe access to vehicles for service. Users are responsible for additional charges where they request or approve services outside their membership coverage.

10. Fleet Owners, Vehicle Owners & Gig-Work Partners

10.1 Independent Relationship

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, fleet owners, vehicle owners, gig-work partners, and other independent partners are not employees, agents, or representatives of WFMSERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED.

10.2 Accurate Information

Fleet and vehicle owners must provide accurate information regarding vehicles, fleets, availability, ownership, authorization, condition, and required documentation.

10.3 Legal Compliance

Fleet owners, vehicle owners, and other partners are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles and services comply with applicable laws, registrations, permits, insurance requirements, safety requirements, and other legal requirements.

10.4 Vehicle Condition

Vehicle owners and fleet owners remain responsible for maintaining vehicles under their ownership/control in suitable condition and complying with applicable maintenance and safety requirements.

10.5 Gig-Work Opportunities

WFM Service may facilitate access to gig-work, employment-related, delivery, driving, or other opportunities. Availability of such opportunities is not guaranteed.

10.6 No Guaranteed Earnings

WFM Service does not guarantee:

  • Jobs;
  • Orders;
  • Trips;
  • Minimum income;
  • Minimum working hours;
  • Vehicle availability; or
  • Any specific earnings.

10.7 Partner Responsibilities

Partners must:

  • Provide accurate information;
  • Maintain applicable documents;
  • Follow applicable laws;
  • Deal professionally with Users;
  • Honour commitments made by them;
  • Protect User information; and
  • Avoid fraudulent, unsafe, or unlawful conduct.

10.8 Partner Disputes

Disputes arising directly between Users and independent partners should primarily be addressed between the relevant parties. WFM Service may assist where reasonably possible but does not automatically assume liability for independent arrangements.

11. Vehicle Damage, Misuse & Exclusions

Membership benefits do not cover damage or failure caused by circumstances outside the normal scope of the applicable plan.

11.1 Physical and Accidental Damage

Physical damage and accidental damage are not covered. This includes damage resulting from collisions, falls, impacts, crashes, or other physical events unless expressly included in a particular plan.

11.2 Water Damage

Damage caused by water, flooding, rainwater, liquid ingress, immersion, or other liquid exposure is not covered, unless expressly stated otherwise.

11.3 Natural Calamities

Damage caused by natural calamities or external events is not covered. This may include flooding, storms, lightning, earthquakes, fire, or other natural or external events.

11.4 Misuse

Coverage may not apply to damage resulting from:

  • Misuse;
  • Negligence;
  • Unauthorized modification;
  • Improper operation;
  • Racing;
  • Overloading;
  • Use outside intended purpose; or
  • Failure to follow reasonable maintenance or operating requirements.

11.5 Unauthorized Repair or Modification

Coverage may be declined where unauthorized repair, modification, alteration, dismantling, or tampering contributed to the reported issue.

11.6 Pre-Existing Damage

Membership does not automatically cover pre-existing damage, defects, faults, or conditions that existed before membership activation.

11.7 Insurance

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a membership is not an insurance policy and is not a substitute for motor insurance.

12. Service Warranty & Workmanship

Any warranty or service assurance applies only to the specific service, repair, or part expressly covered by the applicable plan or separately communicated by WFM Service.

A membership does not provide a general warranty for the entire vehicle. Where a repair is provided under a membership, any applicable warranty is limited to that specific work or part.

Excluded components remain outside warranty/free-part coverage unless specifically included. Repeat replacement of the same part during the same membership month remains subject to the one-free-replacement rule.

WFM Service is not responsible for subsequent damage caused by accidents, physical damage, water damage, natural calamities, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper use, or other excluded circumstances.

Where a third party performs the work, the third party’s warranty and workmanship obligations will be governed by its own applicable terms.

Vehicle components may fail again due to normal wear and other causes. WFM Service does not guarantee permanent prevention of future vehicle problems.

13. Additional Charges & Service Approvals

Services outside membership coverage may be separately chargeable. This may include:

  • Towing;
  • Excluded parts;
  • Motor;
  • Battery;
  • Controller;
  • BMS/BMC;
  • Electrical components;
  • Wiring;
  • Repeat replacement of the same part during the same membership month;
  • Additional repairs; and
  • Other services not included in the applicable plan.

Where reasonably practicable, applicable charges will be communicated before additional work is performed. The User may be required to approve additional work before it is carried out. Third-party providers may independently determine and collect their applicable charges.

14. Service Requests, Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Submitting a service request does not guarantee service. A User may request cancellation of an individual service request where cancellation is permitted. Cancellation of a service request does not entitle the User to a refund of the membership fee.

Where a service provider has already been dispatched or has reached the location, applicable visit, waiting, transportation, or other charges may apply.

A service may be treated as a missed visit where the User:

  • Is unavailable;
  • Provides an incorrect location;
  • Fails to provide vehicle access;
  • Does not respond to reasonable communication; or
  • Otherwise prevents service from being provided.

WFM Service or its partners may delay, reschedule, refuse, or cancel services because of weather, traffic, safety, lack of personnel, lack of parts, operational conditions, incorrect information, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. A service delay or cancellation does not automatically create a membership refund.

15. Account Suspension, Restriction & Termination

WFM Service may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate access where it reasonably believes that a User:

  • Violated these Terms;
  • Provided false or fraudulent information;
  • Failed KYC;
  • Misused membership benefits;
  • Attempted fraudulent claims;
  • Shared or transferred a membership without authorization;
  • Engaged in abusive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour;
  • Interfered with Platform security; or
  • Otherwise acted in a manner that may harm Users, partners, or WFM Service.

Serious violations may result in immediate suspension where permitted by applicable law. WFM Service may investigate suspected misuse or fraud and temporarily restrict services during an investigation. Suspension or termination does not automatically create a refund, credit, compensation, or membership extension. Users may request account closure through available support channels, subject to applicable legal and record-retention requirements.

16. Payments & Transactions

Payments may be processed through payment gateways or other payment methods made available by WFM Service. A membership or paid service is considered successfully purchased after successful payment confirmation.

WFM Service is not responsible for delays, failures, reversals, or technical errors caused by banks, payment gateways, UPI providers, card networks, or other third-party payment systems.

Where payment is deducted but the transaction is not reflected, the User should contact WFM Service with relevant transaction details.

17. Intellectual Property

The Rider Benefit Programme name, logo, trademarks, branding, application, website, software, design, content, graphics, photographs, videos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to WFMSERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED unless otherwise stated.

Users receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose. Users must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, scrape, publish, or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written permission.

Users remain responsible for content they submit to the Platform and must ensure that it is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

18. Privacy & User Data

Collection, use, storage, processing, and protection of personal information are governed by the Rider Benefit Programme Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for providing accurate information.

WFM Service may communicate with Users through the contact information provided for account verification, KYC, service requests, payments, support, security, membership information, and other Platform-related purposes, subject to applicable law.

19. Limitation of Liability

WFM Service will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or continuously available access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WFM Service will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control. This includes traffic, weather, natural events, network failures, third-party failures, partner availability, or other operational circumstances.

WFM Service is not responsible for losses arising directly from independent third-party services except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

WFM Service will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including loss of income, work opportunities, vehicle use, or profits, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless WFMSERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees, representatives, contractors, and authorized partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms;
  • Misuse of the Platform;
  • False or misleading information;
  • Fraudulent account use;
  • Violation of applicable law;
  • Misuse of membership benefits; or
  • Unlawful or negligent conduct.

This does not apply to the extent that a claim results from WFM Service’s own proven misconduct or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Force Majeure

WFM Service will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, suspension, or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances may include:

  • Natural disasters;
  • Floods;
  • Severe weather;
  • Fire;
  • Earthquakes;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Riots or civil disturbances;
  • Strikes;
  • Road closures;
  • Traffic restrictions;
  • Internet or telecommunications failures;
  • Power failures;
  • Payment-system failures;
  • Epidemics or pandemics;
  • Shortages of required parts or resources; or
  • Failure or unavailability of third-party providers.

WFM Service may attempt to resume or arrange affected services once circumstances permit.

22. Grievance Redressal & Customer Support

Users may contact WFM Service through the support channels provided on the Rider Benefit Programme Platform or website for complaints, service concerns, account issues, or other Platform-related matters.

WFM Service will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to complaints within a reasonable period, depending on the nature and complexity of the matter.

Where a complaint concerns a third-party provider, WFM Service may facilitate communication or direct the User to the relevant provider.

The applicable grievance officer or designated support contact details may be published on the Platform and updated from time to time.

23. Changes to Services and Terms

WFM Service may add, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue Platform features, membership plans, benefits, services, service areas, or third-party offerings from time to time.

WFM Service may amend these Terms to reflect changes in services, operations, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Updated Terms will be made available through the Platform or website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Where required by applicable law, WFM Service may provide additional notice of material changes.

24. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Users and WFM Service should first attempt to resolve disputes or complaints through the available customer-support and grievance-redressal process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through that process, the parties may pursue remedies available under applicable Indian law.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.

25. General Provisions

25.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable policies, membership terms, and other terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between the User and WFM Service regarding use of the Platform and applicable services.

25.2 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

25.3 Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.

25.4 Assignment

Users may not transfer or assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from WFM Service. WFM Service may assign or transfer its rights or obligations in connection with the Platform or its business, subject to applicable law.

25.5 No Employment Relationship

Use of the Rider Benefit Programme Platform does not by itself create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship between WFM Service and a User unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

25.6 Notices

WFM Service may communicate notices, updates, service information, and other Platform-related communications through the application, website, email, mobile number, SMS, WhatsApp, or other contact information provided by the User, subject to applicable law.
